John Medina, in his wonderful book Brain Rules; 12 principles for surviving & thriving at work, home & school, includes a chapter on exploration where he states 7 rules of (business) management from a baby's perspective.
I say these rules of management apply to any business where the so called adults haven't seen the light of collaboration, cooperation and being able to see something from someone elses' perspective.
What do you think?
'Seven rules of (business) management from a baby's perspective' by John Medina
If I want it, it is mine.
If I give it to you and change my mind later, it is mine.
If I can take it away from you, it is mine.
If we are building something together, all of the pieces are mine.
If it looks just like mine, it is mine.
If it is mine, it will never belong to anybody else, no matter what.
If it is yours, it is mine.
